Mon 20/2 - Row/stretching warm up, lat pull downs, seated row, bench press 5x5, 5 x max L sits on dip bars. Couldn't make it in today so settled for the confines of the work gym.
Its not bad Leigh. I'm lucky to have a very flexible boss. The only downside is due to OH&S they removed all the barbells and the only free weights that remain are dumbbells.
22/2 - 1km Row/stretching warm up, WOD. 8 rounds of 3PC and 2Broad Jumps. 2mins rest between sets. 19:46 @ 85kg. 2.6m Broad Jump.
I've got plenty of upside with cleans if I can get my form right.
26-2 games wod 1. 82. (insert excuses here). I was aiming for 80. I reckon i have 100 in me. Everyone I spoke to said you pick a number and work at it. That's what I'll do for 100 next time I practice this.
