  • It's time to start logging my results again.

    Sat 18/2 - Weighted pull ups 5x3@32kg.  Tested the shoulder out with some Press. It never got too heavy as my left shoulder started to hurt. 5x50kg.

  • Mon 20/2 - Row/stretching warm up, lat pull downs, seated row, bench press 5x5, 5 x max L sits on dip bars.  Couldn't make it in today so settled for the confines of the work gym.
  • man that'd be sweet to have a work gym... not to mention enough of a lunch break to both train & eat.

  • Its not bad Leigh.  I'm lucky to have a very flexible boss.  The only downside is due to OH&S they removed all the barbells and the only free weights that remain are dumbbells.

    22/2 - 1km Row/stretching warm up, WOD. 8 rounds of 3PC and 2Broad Jumps. 2mins rest between sets.  19:46 @ 85kg.  2.6m Broad Jump. 

    I've got plenty of upside with cleans if I can get my form right.
  • 23-2 wod. Tabata. 20 on 10 off x 8. Lowest round scores: row 10, squat 16, pull ups strict 5, push ups 5. Didn't do sit ups as felt a twinge.
  • 25-2. press 5 x 2 @ 60kg. Shoulder is getting better slowly.
  • 26-2 games wod 1. 82. (insert excuses here). I was aiming for 80. I reckon i have 100 in me. Everyone I spoke to said you pick a number and work at it. That's what I'll do for 100 next time I practice this.
  • 27-2 1km row moderate pace 3:35. lat pull downs, seated row, grip strength. shoulder rehab. just a quick work session.
  • 29-2 wod from yesterday. 10 each of pull ups(did strict) push ups, squats and situps. 7 rounds 10secs between each exercise. 9:55
  • 1-3 wod. 5x2 bs @ 150kg.
    Amrap 5 mins. 10 squats, max pull ups (strict) 10m sprint. 48 pull ups.

    Had the first half of the month off on holiday.  Have not touched any weight and just swam and bodysurfed.

    16-3 CFFootball SWOD/WOD

    1) max height box jump (did box + 3 plates)
    2) pc 5x3. did 70kg but worked on tech and actually made some inroads.
    3) max 1rm weighted pull up (did 50kg)
