Friday 120203 - Games Squad 1RM Split Jerk (10min time limit) 80, 90, 100, 115(f) out of time. Again, felt like if I had another go I could have nailed the 115k, still getting used to lifting heavy with a time limit.
then, 7 Rounds: 7 Front Squat @ 75kg 7 C2B pullups 8:38 Mentally this METCON absolutely destroyed me - did not want to pick up the bar after round 5. Long rest between pullups and next set of front squats, talking myself into picking up the bar for 7 more reps!! Another good night, thanks to Gav for taking the session and well done on the 130kg Push Jerk, MASSIVE!!!!
