    80, 90, 100, 115(f) out of time. Again, felt like if I had another go I could have nailed the 115k, still getting used to lifting heavy with a time limit.

    Mentally this METCON absolutely destroyed me - did not want to pick up the bar after round 5. Long rest between pullups and next set of front squats, talking myself into picking up the bar for 7 more reps!!
