prob shoulda manned up &
smashed out at least 35kg snatch but was happy to err on the side of caution
did most PU's in 3's... think my
grip strength is letting me down more than anything re stringing PU together
pretty ruined after this,
especially in the heat... great start to the week!
note to self: BE MORE AWESOME!
