Hi Games squad.
Leading up to the games there will now be
3-4 WODS all games squad members will need to complete within the week. For the next 4 weeks all of these wods
must be completed and scores posted if you want to be considered for the
team. If you cant do a wod you
need to let me know directly via email scott@firebrandfitness.com.au
I am also adding in some coached Oly
lifting sessions at the start of the Friday night classes and after open gym on
Saturday.
Friday night Games Squad will start with

Then:

Powerclean @ 70/40kg

Partner WOD
For Time:
300m Row
600 Double unders.
One partner rows 300m while other partner
does max double unders. Then they swap.
This continues until they have completed 600 double unders.
