It's not part of the general programming due to the complex natural of the movement. We found too many people struggling with shoulder mobility/stability and thoracic extension requirements. So, we break it down to component movements - snatch balance, power snatch, OHS etc. Sometimes it will pop into the program and we will scale for those who don't have it yet.
When we have dedicated O lift classes, it will feature extensively.
It's a move you can practice in open gym if you feel you need it.
