Bali retreat, May 2012

Camp Firebrand is now SOLD OUT!

What is Camp Firebrand?

Camp Firebrand is our first ever overseas fitness camp.

In May, 2012, we are heading over to the beautiful island of Bali for 6 days of fitness training, outdoor activities, fun and games, and cultural experiences.

We will be training every morning and staying active during the rest of the day with hikes, bike rides and other outdoors activities. The training will take concepts from CrossFit, MovNat, POSE and other real world, sensible training philosophies. Our goal is to provide some interesting and challenging training experiences.

The Camp will also include two workshops and one-on-one coaching time. We will tailor the workshop content to the group.

And of course there will be plenty of time to relax, to explore the surrounding areas and to experience Balinese culture.

Where are we going?

We will be making our way to the amazing resort known as Sharing Bali, in Ayung Sari Indah, located high in the hills outside of Ubud, behind the village of Singaprang.

When?

May 7-12, 2012.
