We are a CrossFit affiliate; our affiliate name is CrossFit Victoria. We believe in honesty and integrity. We stand for intelligent exercise prescription and dedicated coaching. It's not about us, it's about you.
The CrossFit program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It caters for people from all walks of life and provides unparalleled results. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
CrossFit classes offer an intense workout in a group environment. Training with a group provides the added benefit of competition and encouragement. It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is, you will learn to test your limits under strict supervision and with the support of your training partners.
These classes are nothing like the standard aerobics, boxercise or step classes you may be familiar with. We utilise only strict, functional, compound movements. We introduce intensity when correct form is achieved. You will first learn how to perform the exercises before progressing to the more intense workouts.
In a CrossFit class you will be exposed to the following (and much more):
- Kettlebells
- Olympic rings
- Olympic weightlifting
- Gymnastics
- Callisthenics
- Plyometrics
- "Strongman" training
CrossFit classes are approximately 60 minutes in length and include: warm up, mobility drills, technique instruction, a workout and stretching.
These classes are suitable for all persons regardless of current fitness levels. All exercises can be scaled to suit your capabilities. You will steadily improve as you attend more classes.
Attendance at classes is for members and guests only. So, you can be assured that everyone participating is as dedicated as you are.
Our most popular membership option, sees those who train 4-5 per week paying about $10 per class. We've setup our pricing structure to encourage you to train more often. The more often you train, the less it will cost you per session (and you will become fitter, faster).

Personal fitness training will allow you to focus on exactly what you need to achieve your goals. Whether you are interested in improving your fitness or mastering specific techniques our trainers offer the coaching you need.
We focus on the correct execution of movements, the development of various skills and promote positive lifestyle changes that results you becoming the fittest you've ever been. It is important to understand that we will ensure you train for what you want as well as what you need.
Sessions are generally 30 minutes in length however sessions may last anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on the individual requirements of the athlete. We cater for 1-3 participants in any session. Prices start from $33 per person for 30 minutes (3:1).
All sessions are by appointment only.
